Welcome to The Adelaide Concreter, operated by Local Digital Pty Ltd. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
The Adelaide Concreter is a quote enquiry service. We pass your enquiry to a concreting contractor who services your area. We are not a concreter and we do not design, supply, pour, finish or guarantee any concrete work ourselves.
2. How it works
When you submit an enquiry through our website or by phone, we may pass your details to a trusted partner concreting contractor in your area. That contractor will contact you directly to discuss your project and provide a quote. Any site inspection, quote, contract, payment and work is between you and the contractor.
3. Pricing and quotes
We do not set or guarantee concreting prices. Quotes are provided by the contractor and may vary based on the size of the area, the finish (plain, broom, exposed aggregate, honed, coloured and so on), what has to be removed, site access, ground conditions, reinforcement, engineering or council requirements, drainage and location. Any pricing shown on our website is indicative only.
4. No service warranty
We make reasonable efforts to work with reliable, appropriately licensed contractors, but we do not warrant the quality, timing, workmanship or outcome of any concreting service provided by a contractor. The contractor is solely responsible for the work they perform, including compliance with Australian Standards, engineering requirements and council permits, such as crossover approvals, where required.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Local Digital Pty Ltd excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from or relating to:
(a) your use of this website; (b) any quote, contract, design, pour or service provided by a contractor; (c) any cracking, movement, structural failure, defect or damage relating to concrete poured by a contractor; (d) any delay, error or unavailability of this website.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to AUD $100.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to:
- submit false or misleading information
- harvest data or use automated systems
- interfere with the website's operation
- breach any applicable law
7. Intellectual property
All content on this domain is owned by Local Digital Pty Ltd or used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be at this URL. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.
